Dr. Paul Giordano is a turfgrass pathologist and Green Solutions Specialist for Bayer Environmental Science in Canada. He received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University where his dissertation work dealt with the discovery and characterization of a new bacterial disease of creeping bentgrass caused by Acidovorax avenae. Dr. Giordano’s Masters research, also conducted at MSU, investigated the effects of lightweight rolling on dollar spot suppression.
