This article stems from many letters and calls of concern I have received recently from Golf Supes and Owners. These are reflective of unfilled management jobs open in BC golf course management, especially outside Vancouver.

Pat was a very successful student athlete whose true passion was golf. A member at Mayfair Lakes, Pat had hoped to pursue a career in a golf related profession but passed away at the age of 16 after a short illness. The Patrick Dooley Memorial Endowment will provide funds to an award for deserving students to follow what would have been Pat’s chosen Path.

This September, five KPU Turf students joined their Instructor for an exciting week grooming for the Senior Tour's "Pacific Links Championship". Josh Carlsen, Randall Narcisse, Matt Mihal, Brennan Lessick and Jason Morgan worked alongside Bear Mountain crew and 5 KPU Alumni to create a fabulous golf experience for golf's legends.
