Jenn Rozek Named New BCGSA Operations Manager

On behalf of the BCGSA Board of Directors I am pleased to announce that we have engaged Ms. Jennifer Rozek as the new BCGSA Operations Manager.

After several interviews, it was determined that Jenn’s skills and experience will transfer well into this position. She will also serve as CGSA’s Communications Manager.

Jenn comes to us from Shuswap Lake Golf Course where she has been the Superintendent since 2009. Previous to her time at Shuswap she worked at Golden Eagle Golf Club, Fraserview Golf Course and Christina Lake Golf Club. She has also served the BCGSA membership both as a member of the Interior Chapter Board, serving as President from 2020 to 2022 as well as provincially as Interior Representative on the BCGSA Board. 

Given her experience working as a Superintendent and Assistant her knowledge of the turf management business is invaluable and will assist with her future communications with members, suppliers and others in the industry. Her volunteer participation will aid in the direction of the association moving forward, further bringing a different look to the position, and her strong communications background will serve both associations well.

“I am both honoured and excited to have been chosen as the BCGSA Operations Manager as well as the CGSA Communications Manager. I am looking forward to working with all of you to continue to push our associations to be at the forefront of networking, education, technology and communication. There is a lot for me to learn however I will work hard at providing our membership everything I can,” says Jenn.
