NOTICE TO WCTA MEMBERS

The Annual General Meeting of the Western Canada Turfgrass Association will be held:

Tuesday, March 5, 2013 11:30am – 12:30pm Penticton Trade and Convention Centre Penticton, BC

The business of the annual general meeting shall include:

(a) Report of the Board of Directors of the preceding year.

(b) Report on the financial statement for the fiscal year.

(c) The reading and dealing with the minutes of the previous annual meeting.

(d) Election of officers and directors

(e) New business.
