~150+ Turf Managers from golf, sportsfields, schools and other sectors, possibly many more, are expected to attend our new, WCTA Online Trade Show & Unprecedented Presentations or ‘WOTS-UP!’ virtual event taking place Feb 10-11, 2021 via Zoom.  

WCTA member delegates participate for free, non-members are invited to participate for $267+gst.  Facilities represented so far:

An exciting education program will be complemented by a variety of turf management industry supplier and service provider presentations.  Sponsors can participate in:  

• Featured Product Presentation – You Have Our Exclusive and Full Attention! (SOLD OUT):
     o 30 minutes to present your product/service to the entire delegation using the full power of Zoom Meetings
     o no competing / concurrent activities
     o premiere title event sponsorship included

• Sponsor presentations ($750 each - 1 LEFT):
     o 10 minutes to present your product/service to the entire delegation
     o no competing / concurrent activities
     o your logo in all marketing pre and post event

• Breakout rooms ($250 each - 10 LEFT):
     o a Zoom breakout room is your virtual trade show booth
     o delegates will move freely in and out of breakout rooms at prescribed times (80 minutes total each day) 
     o your personnel can chat with visitors, present product and service information, answer questions, make contacts with delegates and more
     o your logo in all marketing pre and post event

Notes:
• Space is limited!  Sponsor opportunities are offered on a first-come, first served basis Invoices will follow registration, payment due before Feb 10.
• Supplier / sponsor personnel have full access to the event, we’ll ask for your staff list after you register.
• Don’t worry if you haven’t used Zoom, you don’t need an IT background to connect and we’ll be hosting some practice sessions.

Catering to the professional golf and sportsturf management industry, the WCTA is a nearly 700 member, inter-provincial, not-for-profit industry organization whose purpose is to promote the interchange of scientific and practical knowledge through education, discussion, research and to undertake advocacy relating to the care and management of turfgrass.
