1. CALL TO ORDER

   •  President Nathan Wade called the meeting to order at 11:36am, introduced the Board of Directors and Past Presidents.
   •  Quorum A quorum of 35+ WCTA members was met.
   M/S/C T. Buckner / J. Edgar to approve AGM Agenda 

2. MINUTES
    M/S/C T. Buckner / J. Edgar to adopt minutes of the AGM February 12, 2025

3. PRESIDENT'S REPORT
    •  Necrology Report - A moment of silence was observed for WCTA Members and Turf Industry Colleagues
       o  Barry Studer, KESO Turf, 2025
       o  Russell Rindt, Western Turf Farms, May 21, 2025

4. FINANCIAL REPORT 2025 Fiscal Year End (Sept 30, 2025) – Nik Wall
    679 members (697 in 2024, 720 in 2023, 710 in 2022, 682 in 2021, 669 in 2020)
    •  Balance in bank accounts
        • General operating: $48,347.92
        • Research: $19,875.66
        • Term Deposits: $131,474.30
    M/S/C T. Buckner / J. Edgar to Adopt September 30, 2026 year-end Statement of Revenues and Expenditures
    M/S/C D. Duncan / T. Buckner to Appoint Paul F.S. Gallo Inc., Chartered Professional Accountant, to review WCTA financial statements for fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.

5. RESEARCH REPORT - Peter Sorokovsky, Chair
    •  CTRF Disbanded, OTRF nationalized
    •  WCTA Funded projects through NTA this year

6. COMMITTEE REPORTS
    •  GCSAA – David Phipps
       o  100th Anniversary this year
       o  21,000+ members this year, 70% female growth

7. NEW BUSINESS
    • Presentation of Life Member Awards
       o  Jerry Sihota, Nutrien/Evergro
       o  George Vanderhoek, Prairie Coast Equipment
       o  Ron Aston, Terra Equipment

8. NOMINATING COMMITTEE REPORT
