‘Turf in the Fast Lane’ Pre-Con Seminar

Release…December 11, 2024

Buckle up turf managers!  In this high-speed countdown, we’re racing through the top ten Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices that keep turf running smoothly.

Starting in the pit with soil health, we’ll make sure you’re fueled up for success.  We’ll cruise into selecting turf varieties for minimal pit stops for water and chemicals.  We’ll discuss fine-tuning practices that help you avoid spinning out during wet winters.  Our approach zooms into pest monitoring and spot-on identification, so you don’t miss a turn.  We’ll also cover biological controls and cultural management practices to keep chemical use in the rearview mirror, plus the importance of record-keeping and staying in the regulatory lane.

This quick lap through IPM essentials will have your turf ready for the fast lane, building resilience while staying on track with environmental standards.
