Less Than Two Weeks to Showtime
With the Western Canada Turfgrass Association’s 61st Annual Conference and Trade Show less than two weeks away, hundreds of turf managers are ‘going all-in’ as we return to the always popular River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, BC.
WCTA Executive Director, Jerry Rousseau noted, “The office is barely keeping up with registrations and my guess is our 2023 attendance record won’t hold up. The previously sold-out trade show was expanded and is two booths away from being sold out again! Including 20 presenters, we’re expecting over 500 turf industry colleagues converging on the River Rock Casino Resort in just a short 12 days.”

In addition to the large contingent of golf and sports field management delegates, over 50 suppliers and service providers will occupy 10,000+ square feet of floor space with all the major equipment, fertilizer, irrigation, accessory, amenity and every other important turf management products and services imaginable, live, in person and in real time.
If you have not yet registered or booked accommodation, please do so right away. It’s possible to sign-up onsite but advance registration is a much better idea (by far), not to mention we’ve already exceeded our room block allocation which means we can’t guarantee availability or pricing.
Already registered delegates will receive a welcome email about a week before the conference with further instructions and information. Exhibitors and sponsors have already received ‘Exhibitor info package #2’ and will receive a final communique by middle of next week, hopefully sooner.
