WCTA2026 Heads Back to the River Rock Casino Resort
Release…March 17, 2025
The ink is barely dry on our 2026 event contract and with that, the WCTA Board is pleased to announce the 62nd Annual WCTA Conference and Trade Show will be returning to the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, BC.
For the sixth time in the events history, the WCTA’s largest annual undertaking is set to take place Feb 10-12, 2026 in familiar surroundings. Previous visits to the River Rock included 2018, 2019, 2020, 2023 and 2025.
“Other venues were considered for WCTA2026 but it’s very hard to beat the River Rock for so many reasons,” said WCTA Executive Director, Jerry Rousseau, adding, “The City of Richmond has once again come to the table with significant funding to assist with production costs allowing us to keep delegate registration fees low while providing a world-class education program and turf management industry trade show,”
2026 event production has already begun and a draft show program is expected in just a few weeks. With motivation to get rolling sooner rather than later, trade show registration is expected by early August with delegate registration opening in September.
