25th Annual WCTA Silent Auction Item Request
I am excited to invite you to contribute to the 25th Annual Turf Research Silent Auction, a cornerstone event in our mission to advance the turf industry through innovative research.

This year, we aim to raise $15,000 to fund critical Turf Research Projects that drive sustainability, improve practices, and support the growth of our industry.
Your support is vital to our success, and we are reaching out to request a donation of an item or service for our silent auction. Your generosity will not only help us achieve our fundraising goal but also showcase your business or organization to a dedicated audience of industry professionals, supporters, and community members.

Event: 25th Annual Turf Research Silent Auction
Date: Feb 11-12, 2026 during the WCTA Conference and Trade Show
Location: River Rock Casino Resort
Goal: Raise $15,000 for Turf Research Project funding
Suggested Donations – two trains of thought:
• Turf-related: equipment, tools, supplies or services
• Personal items: rounds of golf/golf package, hotel/restaurant gift cards, spa packages, gift certificates for products or services, nice bottle of wine, etc.
As a donor, you will receive:
• Recognition in our event program and promotional materials;
• Visibility to attendees through item displays and bidding;
• The satisfaction of supporting vital research for the turf industry.
To donate, please complete and email us the SILENT AUCTION CONTRIBUTION FORM and return it by January 23, 2026. If you’d like to discuss other ideas or make special arrangements, please contact me.
