New Silent Auction Head Honcho – Item List So Far

There’s a new sherif in town and he’s been very busy soliciting silent auction items for your bidding enjoyment at the upcoming 62nd WCTA Annual Conference & Trade Show.  Total item value is already thousands of $$$ ahead of last year!

This popular turf research fund-raiser has raised over $100,000 in the past 15 years and we’re happy to introduce Tab Buckner, Parks Operations Manager at the Township of Langley and Past WCTA President, as our new volunteer head honcho of contributions.

While there will be a whole host of valuable and useful items for your workplace, Tab has been focussing on ‘personal items’ and you will notice a lot more rounds of golf, Canuck’s tickets, a fishing trip and other fun stuff that won’t be found elsewhere - thanks in advance to all our vendors for contributing!!!

With that in mind, a reminder to all turf management industry suppliers and service providers - your contribution of goods or services is urgently needed to support this important fundraiser. Funds raised goes toward funding valuable turf research projects. CLICK HERE to contribute.

Submissions are required by January 23, 2026 so we can have bid sheets ready. Anything later will gladly be accepted right up to show time, but earlier the better for the most marketing bang-for-your-buck!  Final results will be posted/circulated after the show.
