CTRF Launches New Turf Research Contribution Page Through Golf Canada Foundation
September 2, 2020
For immediate release:
The Canadian Turf Research Foundation (CTRF) is pleased to announce the launch of a new turf research contribution page through Golf Canada Foundation.
The webpage, called “A New Approach to the Turf We Play On”, allows golfers to fund green research initiatives that further environmentally conscious and sustainable golf course design and maintenance practices, by contributing directly to the CTRF through the Foundation.
“We believe it’s entirely possible to balance intensive turf care with environmental sustainability but in order to grow better, more sustainable turf, turfgrass research in Canada needs your support!”
- Paul Schofield, CTRF Chair
Both personal and corporate donations can contribute to sustainable turf research initiatives and receive a tax receipt through the new webpage, enabling golfers to give back to the game in an environmentally friendly way.
