Biennial VIPGSA Trade & Equipment Show September 13th at Royal Roads

The Vancouver Island Parks and Grounds Supervisors Association (VIPGSA) cordially invites you to participate in the biennial 'Vancouver Island Parks, Golf, and Grounds Equipment Show'  for 2013.

Produced by VIPGSA and sponsored by the Western Canada Turfgrass Association, the day long event takes place Friday, September 13th, 2013 at Royal Roads University from 9:00am to 3:00pm.  A complimentary luncheon will be supplied to all participants.

Message to Suppliers:

You are cordially invited to participate in the Bi-annual Vancouver Island Parks, Golf, and Grounds Equipment Show for 2013.

The show will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013 at Royal Roads University 2005 Sooke Road from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A complimentary luncheon will be supplied to all participants.

This is a great opportunity to show your equipment and products to many interested parties at one venue.  The morning and afternoon will be dedicated to the equipment display which includes lunch, which will be served on location with the distributors. All and any of your regular customers are also welcome to attend so feel free to invite them. Including golf course employees, Landscapers, farmers anyone you may think would be interested in see what products are available in today’s industry

Please complete the attached Exhibitor’s Registration Card To participate in this event and forward it with a cheque or money order in the amount of $200 payable to Vancouver Island Parks & Grounds Supervisors Association c/o Ray Laursen  4673 Falaise drive, Victoria, BC V8Y-1B4 . To ensure a spot, registration must be received no later than August 31, 2013.  Would you be willing to supply a door prize?
