New WCTA Turf Management Student Member Rate $35!
For 2019, the Western Canada Turfgrass Association turf management student member dues rate has been reduced to $35! (+GST)
Like with all WCTA memberships, the membership year is the calendar year. Typically invoices are sent in November for the following year – for 2019, all student members will see the new rate on their invoice.
Jason Pick, Olds College Turf Management Instructor and WCTA Past President stated, “The WCTA stands firmly behind its mandate, furthering education and research related to professional turf management. We also recognize, the investment by turf students can often exceed $12K/yr.”
Pick added, “"For educational commitments which advance our industry as a whole, it’s our obligation to support the next generation of turf managers."
All WCTA student members will continue to have the same privileges and benefits of any WCTA member.
