2025 Membership Invoicing Cycle Complete - Response Overwhelming!

All 2025 dues invoices have been sent to WCTA members via email.  Individual members will have received their own invoice while those with multiple members at a faciility were included together and sent to the main contact we have on file.  

Payment response has overwhelmed staff with over 25% of our 700+ members taking are of business within a few days!  Apologies for any delays in processing but we're pretty much caught up now.  Noteworthy - a higher number than usual return emails went to spam which added to the delays.  If you submitted your dues and haven't heard back, let us know.  

Other than making payment, no action is required unless any of the following apply:

• If invoices went to the wrong person, let us know who they should go to.

• If you did not receive an invoice or your name wasn't on the multiple member invoice sent to your facility, let us know immediately.

• If you have any contact information changes and/or have changed jobs, let us know.

• For multiple member facilities, tell us if there are any changes, hopefully additions😁, to your roster.
