Need a PDF Copy of Your Dues Invoice?

Dear WCTA Members,

2026 membership dues invoices were recently emailed from our new accounting system to individual members and/or the administrative contact we have on file. 

Response has been overwhelming with more than 22% of members making payment within the first week!

That said, there have been a couple adjustments with the new system:

  •  Credit card payments are now made exclusively through the secure Quickbooks online portal. A few people are still looking to phone-on their numbers but we no longer have a manual payment portal. Note that this new method is far more secure than previous.

  •  If you’re looking for a pdf copy of your invoice, we are no longer attaching them to emails because so many were getting lost to junk folders.

  •  This was a big factor in upgrading our accounting software and this function has been turned off.

  •  Not to worry though, it’s incredibly simple to get a pdf invoice copy – after you click ‘Review and Pay’, click the ‘View Invoice’ button and print or download the PDF that pops-up, it’s that easy!  You can even skip a step and click the ‘down arrow’ button beside the view invoice button – see screenshot below
