New WCTA Director Announced

The WCTA Board has selected Pat Differ of JCL Ag Services as interim Board member, replacing Casey O’Connor who due to an extremely busy period starting a new business, was not able to fulfill his time commitment to the Board.

As per the bylaws, the Board is obligated to fill a Director vacancy by appointment.  The appointed Director will serve the remainder of the term for which they are appointed which in this case, ends at the February 24, 2016 annual general meeting.

Several other candidates were considered for the open position and the WCTA Board would like to thank those individuals for their interest.  Note that any member in good standing may put their name forward for open Director positions; elections are held each year at the AGM.
