1. CALL TO ORDER
• President Stuart Carmichael called the meeting to order at 12:17 pm and introduced the Board of Directors and Past Presidents.
• Quorum A quorum of 35+ WCTA members was met.

3. PRESIDENT'S REPORT
• Necrology report – Moment of silence for WCTA members and Turf Industry Colleagues

4. FINANCIAL REPORT 2023 Fiscal Year End (Sept 30, 2023)

• Balance in bank accounts
o General operating: $71,401.83
o Research $14,875.47
o Term Deposits $80,917.86
• Adopt Sept 30, 2023, year-end Statement of Revenues and Expenditures

5. RESEARCH REPORT
Presented by Peter Sorokovsky, Research Committee Chair
• $4,000 annual contribution to CTRF
• Money raised for research in 2023 came from membership dues, silent auction, Robert Kains Golf Design, KPU, Pat Dooley Tournament
6. COMMITTEE REPORTS
• KPU- Stan Kazymerchyk, A retrospective of the past 60 years
• GCSAA – David Phipps, encourages attendance at OSU field days hosted by Alec Kowaleski. Phoenix, AZ show had record attendance and trade show. First Green received a $1million donation from Mike and Tammy Hoffman. To host a First Green field trip you must now be a GCSAA member.
• STC – Anne Baliva, STC has had a great year
