Canadian Allied Turfgrass Research (CATR) Annual Call For Proposals

Canadian Allied Turfgrass Research is a collaborative group of Canadian turfgrass funding associations that have formed a research funding alliance for an annual call for proposals of Canadian turfgrass research grants.

The participating associations include the Canadian Turfgrass Research Foundation (CTRF), Western Canada Turfgrass Association (WCTA), Atlantic Turfgrass Research Foundation (ATRF), Quebec Turfgrass Research Foundation (QTRF) and the Ontario Turfgrass Research Foundation (OTRF).

With a single submission researchers have the opportunity to have their proposal considered for funding by all groups and funded either separately or collaboratively. A national wide grant application eliminates application duplication while giving regional researchers more national exposure.

You are invited to submit your application considering turfgrass research priorities listed on the instruction page of the Canadian Allied Turfgrass Research Application Form and submit it by  November 16, 2015 to the OTRF office.

Funding decisions will be announced March 1, 2016.
