The Canadian Turfgrass Research Foundation (CTRF) is pleased to announce its newest and first international member, the Northwest Turfgrass Association (NTA) headquartered in Washington State and serving the golf and professional sportsturf management industry in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and British Columbia.

As previously reported, an initial meeting between the Canada Food Inspection Agency and industry stakeholders took place early January to discuss the Japanese beetle incursion into Vancouver and the inevitability of its proliferation if left unchecked.
