CanWest Hort Expo's Education Program Features Talented Speakers from Across North America
BC Landscape and Nursery Association has announced its education program happening at CanWest Horticulture Expo in September. This year's lineup includes speakers from the around British Columbia and North America and takes place from September 27-29th at Tradex in Abbotsford.
CanWest is Moving to TRADEX in 2015
The BCLNA Board of Directors, together with the CanWest Show Committee, are excited to announce that the 2015 show is moving to Tradex Exhibition Centre in Abbotsford.
CanWest Show Chair, Craig Stewart, Finning (Canada) says, "This move provides us with the opportunity to grow the show to include an outdoor equipment demonstration component." He adds, "The large outdoor field space adjacent to the indoor facility provides the perfect venue. And bringing this outdoor component to coincide with the trade show will bring added energy to the event."

ANLA and OFA Members Vote to Form New National Horticultural Trade Association
AmericanHort to Launch January 2014
Members of OFA - The Association of Horticulture Professionals and the American Nursery & Landscape Association (ANLA) have voted in overwhelming support of the consolidation of the two organizations into a new, national trade association to serve the entire horticulture industry. The announcement followed a 30-day open ballot and today's in-person vote for OFA's members, held in Columbus, Ohio.
