Thank you for the opportunity to present a report.
Our largest annual undertaking, the 53rd Annual WCTA Conference and Trade Show held for the first time in Whistler, BC, is now part of this association's history. Feedback on the education program, food, venue, service and surroundings, among other things, has been tremendously positive and we’re very happy that both exhibitors and delegates thoroughly enjoyed the event.
The turgrass research funding year begins with our annual conference and trade show. At that time, we receive contributions from allied organizations like the BC Golf Superintendents Association and Kwantlen University Turf Club along with revenues generated from our Silent Auction and other fundraisers.
Every WCTA member contributes too! Unique to our association, 10% of member dues go directly toward research project funding right off the top.

Currently over 720 members strong, the Western Canada Turfgrass Association is a responsive and progressive inter-provincial industry organization serving turf management professionals throughout western Canada for nearly 60 years.
75% of our members have already renewed and we sincerely hope you will continue your commitment to the turf management profession, your career and your livelihood. In order for us to track your CEC points or to receive other benefits, you’ll need to remain a WCTA member.
